The MIKAVA INC. Training Center for Career Development operates as a professional training institute that offers quality based nurse aide classes, competency training and the promotion of self efficacy. CPR and staff development training is also provided. Our mission is to help address the needs of the total person.


Orientation is scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m
"Nurse Aide Classes available in Spanish" and the State Certified Nurse Aide Exam can also be taken in Spanish.
Approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Department of Aging & Disability, and
Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services.
